SINGLE BOAT SLIP
$3300 + Tax
These slips have docks that are on both sides of your boat, a “personal” slip.

These slips have a dock only on one side with another boat on the other side.

~Boat Valet Service~
2025 Boat Valet Rates
Boat: $2600/season
Jet Ski: $1200/season
You no longer need to hook up your trailer, tow your boat to the lake, and hope the boat launch is not at full capacity. With our boat valet service your boat will be in the water, uncovered and waiting for you.
• Call the Marina the day before for a morning launch or at least two business hours prior for an afternoon launch.
• We will put you on the launch schedule with a half hour arrival window starting at 9:30am.
• Your boat will be in the water and uncovered before your arrival window.
• At the end of your boating day, we will remove your boat from the water and cover it.
• All boat valets must be back at the Marina each night by 9:00pm.
•We will cover your boat within a 24-hour period.
• Maximum boat length for boat valet is 24 feet for pontoons, or 22 feet for all other boats.
• Includes 20 launches per season. Each additional launch is $50.
Highland Lake Rules
• 6-mph motorboat speed limit from ½ hour after sunset to ½ hour before sunrise.
• Personal watercraft cannot be used between sunset and sunrise.
• 6-mph speed limit for all after 5:00 p.m. Sundays from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day
• Slow-No-Wake speed for motorboats applies within 100 feet from shore (200 feet for personal watercraft) unless taking off or landing a water skier . Please keep in mind the narrows between Second and Third Bays are only 197 feet.
• No boats longer than 22 feet or pontoon boats longer than 30 feet are allowed.
• No motorized activities (skiing, etc.) can be started from town-owned beaches or parks.
• No overnight mooring is allowed.
